I know what you’re thinking, “wasn’t Nossa Mini Agência (Our Mini Agency)”? Yes, the name changed, the company grew, adapted and continued in its essence. And the moment came when it became clear that it was time to change. We want to stand out more, invest more in what we love and make this very clear from the first contact with our brand.
I, Bia, have always played with “Our Mini Agency”. I said that the agency was never just mine, and that the Mini would one day be ironic. And this day has arrived! I just didn't know it wouldn't be because of the physical size of the company, but because of its grandeur.
For the greatness of each person who passed through here and the teachings shared. For the return of trained and qualified women and minorities to the market and society. For what we represent today and want to continue representing.
And this manifesto is about that, about representing, about putting our foot down and telling the world that we are here and that we want to do more and better.
